Because we love happy customers (and perfect nails)!


1. Can I return my press-on nails?

For hygiene and safety (and because nails are personal!),
we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

We hope you understand — nobody wants second-hand nails.


2. What if my product arrives damaged?

Not the vibe!
If your package is damaged, broken, or missing items, simply email us at: care@thepinkkco.in

within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing photos
  • A small video
  • Your order ID

We’ll fix it for you, Pinkk Babe. ��


 3. Can I exchange my nails?

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size chosen
  • Disliking the color after opening

(We promise our nails look even better in real life!)


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The product is out of stock
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch
  • A damaged item is verified by our team

Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank/UPI.


 5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After it’s shipped, we cannot cancel it.

 6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the order returns to us due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

…you can request reshipping with a small extra fee.


7. Custom Nail Sets

Custom or made-to-order designs are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds — because they’re made specially for you!
